Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it undergoes payment verification and processing before being prepared for shipment.
- Processing time: 1–5 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
As we work with global suppliers and fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Botswana: 10–25 business days
- Africa: 10–30 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- North America: 7–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
- Other International Locations: 10–35 business days

Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear in the carrier's system.
It is normal for tracking updates to be delayed while packages are in transit between international shipping hubs.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers.
As a result:
- Items may arrive on different dates.
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
- Receiving one item before another is normal.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost Packages
A package will generally be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 60 days from the shipping date.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may not be possible.
